Rowena Crest - Tom McCall Point

The east end of the Columbia River Gorge is famous for it's spring wildflower season and the trails at Rowena Crest are a good example.
The balsamroot (yellow) were strong everywhere, but the lupine (purple) are peaking below but not opened at all at the top. This hike was 5-13-2022.
The hawks soaring above and the Columbia River behind enhance it even more.
